myCobot 280 is the step from hobby kit toward a small collaborative robot: the listing specifies a 280 mm working radius, a 250 g payload and ±0.5 mm repeatability, which is an order of magnitude tighter than a typical servo kit. This JN version builds in an NVIDIA Jetson Nano, so the arm can run camera vision and machine-learning models on the arm itself rather than on a laptop. It is a serious research and education platform rather than a first build — choose it when your project is about vision, ML or motion planning, not about assembling hardware.
